-I have been renewed in the Central Linn School District, so I'll be drumming up that CLHS team this year!
-Our first tournament of the 2008-2009 school year was AWESOME!!! We took 2 novice public teams to Silverton HS, and here's how we did:
*Pat Brown & Lucas Letelier, CHS, took 2nd place in Public debate! Pat also claimed 3rd place speaker out of 44 speakers!
*Alexander Erwig & Collin Steinauer, CVHS, took 1st place in Public debate! That was out of 22 teams!
-We've now set a firm practice schedule. Though this will be on the schedule page of this website, here's an announcement to remind us:
MONDAY 6:30P to 8:30P CVHS LIBRARY (remember to enter through the side door, left of the double doors)
THURSDAY 6:30P to 8:30P CHS ROOM 203 (remember to enter through the EAST parking lot door nearest to the gym...the front doors are locked!)
