Debate Registration

This section is pretty self-explanatory :)  Simply add the entrant's name in the ENTRANT field, and use the drop down menus to choose his or her event and division.

If the debate requires a partner, please enter the partner's name in the PARTNER field.  Enter each team only once! 

If the entrant is entering a partner event as a "maverick" competitor, please enter "maverick" in the PARTNER field.

Individual Event Registration

I've also tried to make this section as user-friendly as possible.  Simply enter the student's name in the ENTRANT field.  If the entry will be a Duo team, then there should be enough space in the field to fit TWO names-- just separate the names with a "/".  If either of those students want to participate in other IEs, please re-enter them as NEW entrants on a NEW line.

If students want to double enter in one of the two IE patterns, no problem.  Simply select their double entered event in the DOUBLE ENTRY #1 field.  If, by some chance, you have a student who wants to double enter in both patterns, you can even do that :).  MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE RIGHT DIVISIONS FOR ENTERED STUDENTS!  The default selection is Novice!

Judge Entry

So, we want your judges MUCH more than your money!  Also, if you know any college kids who might want to take a nice, relaxing trip to Corvallis and judge a little, PLEASE invite them!  We are a small tournament, but we always seem to run a judge or two short!  Payment for extra judges will be dependant on entry numbers, but we do hope to offer between $5 and $10 per round!  However, if possible, see if judges are willing to pledge their time to teams who are short on judges!

Make sure to enter any judges, INCLUDING YOURSELF, events preferred or events judges aren't qualified to judge, and school conflicts.     

Fees

The fee entry is not as advanced as I would like.  It will not add all of your entries up for you, and it won't do any of the math.  My apologies (this program has its drawbacks).

I will, however, go over each entry submitted carefully.  So, please fill out the information completely before submitting the form.
